THE IRISH MEMORIAL 5K RUN IS SATURDAY, APRIL 14th 2012 at 9:00 AM

PHILADELPHIA, PA . The Eighth Annual Irish Memorial 5K Run is scheduled for Saturday, April 14, 2012.

The annual event, which has been growing year by year, was conceived to raise awareness of The Irish Memorial and to raise funds for the ongoing maintenance of the memorial and surrounding park.

The Race took place this year on the Kelly Drive, not on the streets surrounding the Irish Memorial. The weather was great and running along Kelly Drive was superb!
